    Frequency converter is a kind of electric control equipment which uses frequency conversion technology and microelectronic technology to control AC motor by changing the frequency of motor working power supply. With the continuous development of frequency conversion technology, the function of frequency converter is enhanced and the performance is stable, the frequency converter has been widely used. At present, the frequency converter has also been applied in drawing machine.

    The wire drawing machine is composed of a wire-laying motor, a winding motor and a wire-laying motor. With the continuous expansion of the winding diameter, the speed of the winding motor will be reduced accordingly, if the tension feedback device is used in the control. The device can adjust the speed of the winding motor and keep the take-off speed in a constant state so as to ensure the stability of the product.

The frequency converter is controlled by adjusting output. The frequency converter used in the outline motor is set speed through the external potentiometer. The analog output signal and the tension balance feedback signal of the outputting frequency converter are controlled by the PID regulator. After the frequency converter starts, the wire-setting motor is started by the output signal of the outputting frequency converter. Then the voltage contactor is used to control it so that it can run positively and inversely so that the copper wire can be uniformly wound on the take-up tube.

    In order to ensure the synchronous starting of the wire-drawing machine and the take-up motor, the starting and stopping stages should be paid attention to in the process of debugging.
