The use of improper factors in the drawing process causes rapid wear of the mould: 1. The compression ratio of the drawing process is too large, causing the mold to crack or break. Cracks or cracks are mostly produced by internal stress release. Exist in any material structure, the internal stress is inevitable, drawing wire should force could be enhanced when the crystallite structure of the mould, but when drawing surface compression ratio is too big, can't timely lubrication and temperature rise is too gao will cause mould surface part of the material being removed and microcrystalline structure on the stress is increased greatly, making it easier to produce cracks or breakage. 2. Wire tensile axis and die hole centerline asymmetry, causing uneven stress on wire and wire drawing die, and the impact generated by the mechanical vibration will cause very high stress peak value to the wire and the wire drawing die, both of which will accelerate the mould wear and tear. 3. Due to unevenness of annealing, it is easy to cause fatigue loss due to inhomogeneous hardness of wire rod, resulting in the wear of the ring groove accelerated die hole. 4. The surface roughness, surface adhesion oxide layer, sand or other impurities can cause the die to wear too quickly. When the wire is passed through the die hole, the hard, brittle oxide layer and other adhesion impurities will cause the drawing die hole to wear and scrape the surface of the wire. 5. Poor lubrication or lubricating fluid contains metal clastic impurities resulting in mold wear. The failure of lubrication can cause the surface temperature of the die hole to rise too rapidly and the mould grain will fall off, causing the mould damage. When the lubrication fluid is impure, especially the metal detritus that falls off when drawing, it is easy to cut the surface of the die and the surface of the wire.
