Rinciple of Water Tank drawing Machine and calculation method of basic parameters of working Operation
- Jan 30, 2018 -

Tank type wire drawing machine has heavy water tank and turnover water tank. Suitable for drawing the specifications of the various kinds of metal wire, especially suitable for the high in low carbon steel wire, galvanized iron wire, rubber hose steel wire, bead wire, tungsten, molybdenum, titanium wire, cord and copper wire aluminum wire, etc.

The water tank type drawing machine is a small continuous production equipment consisting of multiple drawing heads, which is pulled by step by step, and the drawing head is placed in the tank. Finally, the steel wire is pulled to the required specification. The working principle is that the wire diameter of the steel wire is changed after the drawing of the steel wire in the machine, so that the working linear speed of each pull head should also change.

In the whole drawing process, only one motor is driven by mechanical transmission or gearbox. According to the different drawing configuration, the drawing speed of each pull head also needs to change. The basis of drawing speed is the constant volume of the second flow of the steel wire passing through the die.

PI D 2v1 is equal to PI D 2v2.

The meaning of each parameter in the formula is.

PI, PI

D -- the diameter of the incoming wire.

V1 -- the linear velocity of incoming wire.

D -- diameter of outgoing wire.

V2 -- the linear velocity of wire wire.

The working speed of each pull head of the water tank type drawing machine is based on the above formula, which ensures that each pull head is running synchronously. As a result of the water tank type wire drawing machine wire drawing is accomplished entirely by the mechanical shaft drawing, and the mechanical axis is in the same drive under the influence of the spindle, so that the whole depending on the tensile wheel rotation speed difference between tensile system at all levels and line tension to control the synchronous coordination work.
